Factors to Consider when Evaluating Fluorescent High Bay Lighting
|
|
Advantages and Features . . .
- Energy-efficient half the operating cost of metal halide or HPS.
Higher light levels maintained over time.
Instant re-strike no waiting for warm up.
Our design process starts by maximizing photometric efficiency and then building the fixture around the photometrics. We never take an existing fixture (such as a lay-in-troffer) and try to modify it into a fluorescent high bay. This means anywhere from 15 to 40 percent more delivered light...and fewer fixtures required to do the job.
Performance is documented and certified by independent testing laboratories, IES photometric data are available for all of our fixtures.
U.S. patents granted.
All fixtures are UL rated for damp locations.
Most orders ship within ten working days.
Production capacity exceeds 1,000 fixtures per day.
A broad range of fixture models and accessories are available:
- two, three, four, five and six lamp T8
- four, six, eight, ten and twelve lamp T5
- lens and gasket options
- low power, normal and high light ballasts
- only name brand, proven ballasts
- best quality cam-lock lampholders
- wire guard options
- UL approved 357-480 volt
- aluminum or steel construction
- uplighting available
- cord and plug options
- surface mount configuration available
- troffer-sized lay-in available
- occupancy sensors, photo cells and battery backups
Experienced technical representation and marketing support available to train and advise on fixture model selection, ballast/lamp combinations and lighting layouts.
